FTF Launch Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Effective: July 15, 2025
Ends: July 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR
This giveaway is sponsored by Full Time Filmmaker LLC ("Sponsor"), 401 S 850 E, Suite C1, Lehi, UT 84043, United States.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

4. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM MT on July 15, 2025 through 11:59 PM MT on July 19, 2025 ("Promotion Period").

5. HOW TO ENTER
Participants can earn entries through the following methods:

(a) Paid Plan Sign-Up
- Signing up for a Monthly Plan during the Promotion Period grants 10 entries.
- Signing up for an Annual Plan during the Promotion Period grants 20 entries.

(b) Referral Sharing
- Clicking the "Share" button on the giveaway page to generate and share your unique referral link grants 10 entries. (Limit one share bonus per person.)

(c) Free Entry - No Purchase Necessary
- Click the giveaway banner on the FTF sales page and follow the instructions to receive 1 free entry. No purchase required.

Limit of one free entry per person. Entries made through multiple identities, emails, or fraudulent methods will be disqualified.

6. PRIZES
There will be 50 winners selected at random. Each winner will receive one item from the giveaway prize pool, selected at random.

Estimated Total Prize Pool Value: $25,000 USD

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any item with one of equal or greater value at its discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on or around July 29, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be issued a Form 1099 if legally required.

9. USE OF LIKENESS
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content (if applicable) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that tampers with the process or violates these terms. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, or misdirected entries
- Technical errors or failures
- Errors in printing, administration, or fulfillment

13. GOVERNING LAW
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
